Pezzolo:
Church of San Rocco

The current Church, dedicated to Saint Roch, was built in 1660, and subsequently, in 1664 became a Parish with a decree by Bishop Gregorio Barbarigo following separation from the Church of the Ancient Parish. The building, with its austere facade in neoclassical style, has preserved the original flooring in long stone slabs, coming from the quarry in Val di Croce in Vilminore. On the outside it presents on three sides a narrow sagrato delimited by a low wall with railings and porphyry flooring.
